Bhagyashree Wayare

Bhagyashree is a single parent child and at the time of enrolment with LOLT, her mother was the sole earning member of the family. She could hardly manage to make ends meet with the meagre income she earned by selling flowers. With no support from relatives, it was extremely hard for Bhagyashree to continue with her education. She was enrolled in LOLT’s education project - Anando in 2006, in Chondhi Center, Alibaug.

Though an average student in academics, she passed her Std X and XII exams with good marks. At the same time, she always took active part in all co-curricular activities at the centre. After completing Std XII, she did not want to take the common path and chose a unique goal for herself – that of starting her professional career. Coincidently, she got an opportunity during the same time to attend a seminar at Frankfinn Institute of Air Hostess Training, Mumbai. Highly motivated by the seminar, Bhagyashree decided to pursue the Diploma Course (Air Hostess Training) from the Frankfinn Institute.

This was a turning point in her life.

After successfully completing the elite course with the help of an education loan, she acquired different skill sets and groomed her personality. Immediately afterwards, she got a job opportunity with Merchant (Five Star) Hotel in Navi Mumbai with a salary of Rs. 9000 per month. In the following 6 months, she got another opportunity, this time to work with the well-known Welspun Company as a Receptionist. Not stopping here, she went on to pursue a Diploma in Logistics, Export and Shipping. This additional qualification helped her earn a promotion and ultimately, a chance to work in the Export & Imports sector with a rewarding package of Rs. 30000/- per month. She is currently posted in the same department at the Welspun, Vapi Plant.
