Mission 5000: Empowering India's Daughters Through Career Mentorship
Mission 5000, by Light of Life Trust (LOLT) in partnership with Mentoria, is an initiative focused on empowering underprivileged girls in India through education and career guidance. The program aims to support girls from
Class 8 to 12 by helping them discover and achieve their dreams, break the cycle of poverty, and pave the way for education and employment opportunities.
LOLT empowers children across India through educational support and career guidance. In collaboration with Mentoria, the trust helps girls identify career paths that align with their interests, abilities, and personalities,
ultimately shaping brighter futures.
The initiative has already supported 3,061 out of 5,500 students through career mentorship programs, resulting in 1,120 young girls finding new opportunities for admission and employment. Corporations and individuals are
also contributing to this mission.
The program seeks further support to transform 5000 lives, urging sponsors to contribute INR 5000 per girl for career mentorship.
