Mr. Adarsh Patil, from the Wai Centre, Washim Region, has achieved a significant career milestone by securing a position as a Machine Supervisor at Bekaert Steel Wire Transformation Company in Pune. A Light of Life Trust (LOLT) Anando program participant since 2011, Adarsh was raised by a single mother and faced numerous challenges, yet excelled academically, scoring 77.15% in SSC (2016) and 78.40% in HSC (2018). With LOLT's guidance, he pursued an ITI Diesel Mechanic Diploma and completed his BA from YCMOU with 70% marks. After persevering through setbacks in competitive railway exams, Adarsh's determination led to his employment at Bekaert Steel, earning an annual salary of ₹3 lakhs.
