Aditya Pundalik Yeldare, a student from the Tuptakali center of LOLT in Yavatmal, is a true example of determination, hard work, and perseverance. Coming from a tribal community, Aditya joined Anando in 2019 and faced several challenges along the way—but he never gave up on his education.

With unwavering dedication, he secured 79.40% in Class 10 and 45.67% in Class 12, proving that consistent effort always pays off.

With the guidance of LOLT’s career counseling, he took admission for his Bachelor's degree in Digras. Alongside his studies, he devoted himself to preparing for competitive exams, successfully balancing academics and career preparation with remarkable discipline.

Aditya was selected for a job in the Maharashtra Security Force (MSF) in Mumbai, but he chose not to accept it—because his dream was to become a police officer. He continued to work tirelessly towards that goal, and today, his hard work has paid off!

Aditya has now secured a position in the *Maharashtra Police in Akola,* turning his dream into reality.
