Mr. Aniket Vardhman Kasar comes from a modest family background. His father was the primary earning member of the family and runs a small business selling steel utensils in the village and nearby areas. He travels from village to village to sell the utensils and earns a modest and irregular income. Due to the limited and uncertain family income, managing daily household expenses and meeting the costs of Aniket's higher education was a significant challenge.

The family lives in a small cement-constructed house with a tin-sheet roof. Their living conditions are basic, and managing everyday necessities has often been difficult. Despite these financial challenges, Aniket's father remained committed to providing him with opportunities for higher education.

Aniket was selected for support under Light of Life Trust's programme based on the organisation's eligibility criteria. He received educational material support and academic guidance, which helped him successfully complete his education up to the HSC level. With continued determination and support, he went on to pursue higher education and achieve good academic results.

With hard work, perseverance, and the right guidance, Aniket successfully completed his B.Tech in Chemical Engineering, followed by an MBA in Production and Operations Management. His academic achievements and commitment enabled him to secure a professional position as an Executive with Alembic Pharmaceuticals Limited in Vadodara.

Today, Aniket is an independent and accomplished professional who has moved forward despite the financial challenges faced by his family. His journey highlights the importance of education, determination, and perseverance in creating better opportunities and building a secure future.
