Mr. Dinesh Waghmare, from the Wai Center, Washim region, has achieved remarkable success by securing a position as a constable in the Mumbai Police Department. A former Light of Life Trust (LOLT) student since 2011, Dinesh overcame significant economic challenges, with his father working as a goat herder and his mother as a laborer. Despite these hardships and his sisters dropping out of school, Dinesh excelled academically, achieving 84.60% in SSC (2013), 83% in HSC (2015), and 77% in his B.A. from Karanja in 2018. After graduation, his perseverance in competitive exams paid off, leading to his selection in the Mumbai Police, where he now earns an annual salary of ₹4 lakhs.
