Nandu Jadhav "Jail Constable at Central Prison, Nagpur" Mangrulpir Centre, Mangrulpir Tehsil, Washim District, Maharashtra

Hailing from a socially and financially challenged family in Shelubazar, Washim, Nandu Jadhav lived with his parents and five brothers. While his elder brothers worked as daily wage labourers to support the household, Nandu harboured a dream for a brighter future.

With vital educational support and career guidance from the Anando Program of Light of Life Trust (LOLT), Nandu found the direction he needed. He actively participated in motivational sessions that built his confidence. While pursuing his BA degree, he worked tirelessly to prepare for competitive recruitment examinations.

His dedication is reflected in his academics, scoring 72% in SSC and 84% in HSC (Arts). Through consistent hard work and LOLT's unwavering support, Nandu overcame limited resources and achieved his dream.
