Mr. Ravi Vilas Kharat, a beneficiary of Light of Life Trust from Mantha Centre, Jalna, joined the organisation in Grade VIII under the Neglected Parent Child category from an Economically Backward Class background. Throughout his educational journey, he received educational material support, academic guidance, and continuous encouragement from the organisation, which helped him remain focused on his studies.

Ravi comes from a financially disadvantaged family. His father earns a livelihood by driving an autorickshaw locally, while his mother works as a farm labourer in the village. The family owns approximately one acre of agricultural land, which produces just enough for their household needs. Despite these financial challenges and limited basic amenities, Ravi remained determined to pursue higher education.

With the consistent support and guidance of the organisation, Ravi secured admission to a Bachelor's degree programme in Pharmacy. He successfully completed his degree with the help of the organisation's scholarship support and academic guidance.

Today, Ravi is working as a Medical Representative with Wockhardt Ltd. in Pune, earning a stable income. His journey from a financially disadvantaged background to becoming a qualified professional reflects his dedication, perseverance, and commitment to building a better future.

Ravi has become a role model for young people in his community, particularly students who may give low priority to education due to financial or social challenges. His success demonstrates that with the right guidance, educational support, and determination, young people can overcome obstacles and create a brighter future for themselves and their families.
