Ravishankar Chandrakumar Sanodiya

Ravishankar Chandrakumar Sanodiya is a young man from Shivar village in Akola district who comes from a very modest family background. He completed his education up to SSC and worked as a daily wage laborer to support his family. Due to limited income, the financial condition of the family was already challenging.

A major crisis struck his life when his parents met with an accident. After this unfortunate incident, the entire responsibility of the family fell upon his shoulders. He could have been discouraged by the emotional and financial hardships, but instead, he remained determined to do something meaningful for his family.

During this difficult period, he came to know about the Tally training course being conducted at the Livelihood Training Centre in Shivar. He enrolled in the course in April 2025. Initially, he had very little knowledge of computers, but with strong determination and consistent effort, he learned the fundamentals of Tally and accounting. Throughout the training, he actively participated in all sessions and gradually developed confidence in his abilities.

After successfully completing the training, Ravishankar got an opportunity to work as a CA Assistant in Akola. Today, he earns approximately ₹8,000 per month and provides financial support to his family. His journey from daily wage labor to skill-based employment has brought a positive transformation to his life.

Ravishankar’s journey is an inspiring example of determination, responsibility, and hard work. He has proved that with the right training and sincere efforts, it is possible to bring positive change in life even during the most challenging circumstances.
