Ms. Shraddha Jagannath Budhavant, a beneficiary of Light of Life Trust from Mantha Centre, Jalna, is currently working as a Lead Software Engineer with Infosys Pvt. Ltd. in Pune. She was enrolled in the organisation under the Neglected Parent Child category and belongs to an Economically Backward Class and the NT category.

Shraddha comes from a rural community in Mantha, where limited awareness about education and the prevalence of early marriage among girls are significant social challenges. Her father worked as an autorickshaw driver, while her mother was a homemaker. She has one younger sibling who was also pursuing education. Although the family owns agricultural land, its produce is primarily used to meet their household needs and does not provide a regular source of income.

When Shraddha joined the organisation, she received educational materials and academic guidance, which helped her continue her studies and successfully complete her education up to the 12th standard. The organisation continued to support her through regular guidance, motivation, and scholarship assistance, enabling her to pursue higher education.

With this support and her own determination, Shraddha successfully completed her Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Following her graduation, she further enhanced her professional skills by completing a six-month Software Engineering course, which helped her transition into the technology sector.

Today, Shraddha is financially independent and takes responsibility for supporting her family. Her journey from a financially disadvantaged background to becoming a successful professional is an inspiring example of how education, guidance, and timely support can transform a young person's life.
