Vinayak Indas Pawara

We are proud to share the inspiring journey of Vinayak Indas Pawara from Nigdi village, Dhadgaon Tehsil, Nandurbar District.

Coming from a financially disadvantaged family, Vinayak faced many challenges in continuing his education. While he was not very strong in academics, he had a keen interest in technical and mechanical work from an early age. Recognizing his interest and potential, the project team guided and encouraged him to pursue technical education through an ITI.

Following this guidance, Vinayak took admission in ITI and dedicated himself to learning vehicle repair and maintenance skills. After successfully completing his training, he took a bold step towards self-employment by establishing his own vehicle repair garage. The initial phase was challenging due to limited resources, tools, and customers, but he remained committed to providing quality service.

Through hard work, perseverance, and a customer-focused approach, Vinayak gradually earned the trust of people in his community. Today, he successfully runs his own garage and earns approximately ₹10,000–15,000 per month. He is financially independent, supports his family, and is leading his life with pride and dignity.
